Our underwriting process is streamlined so that most times we will not require a recent appraisal. We have the ability to fund in 2nd and 3rd position, and up to 70% Loan to Value. We lend based on the asset and not the owner; and have thus been able to fund loans where borrowers have had poor credit, are behind in mortgage payments and have even had a bankruptcy.
